Policies

• The customer will present a detailed test plan, including all requested tests, no less than 2 weeks before testing.

• NCREPT will provide utility and hardware configuration support to complete testing.

• NCREPT is not a certification organization. The customer must provide method and equipment for the certification process.

• Facility charges and engineer rate are mandatory costs. Test engineer must be present for all testing.

• All other charges are based on direct usage.

• Any additional equipment and shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

• Facility is billed in one-week increments only, partial weeks are billed as full weeks.

• 25% deposit (based on estimate) is due to NCREPT at the time of the facility booking.

• If booking is cancelled more than 30 days before scheduled testing, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If booking is cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled testing, none of the deposit will be refunded.

• Rescheduling testing is subject to facility availability.

• If booking is rescheduled less than 15 days before scheduled start date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

• Payment is due in full 30 days after final invoice date.
